Our bright and modern apartment is part of the new Ericeira Infinity building in the peaceful Urbiceira neighborhood—just a 12-minute walk from Ericeira’s lively center and a 20-minute walk to the beach. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, it’s the ideal base for digital nomads looking to blend productive workdays with the relaxed rhythm of coastal living.

The apartment features high-end finishes, large windows, and plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen and living room lead directly to a 17m² balcony, perfect for morning coffee or an evening sunset watching after work. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and there’s ample counter space for longer stays.

Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and dedicated desks, making it easy to work remotely. The primary suite (17m²) includes a comfortable king-sized bed (180x200 cm) and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom (13m²) features a double bed (140x200 cm) and its own bathroom. There’s additional closet space in the entrance hall to store your luggage and a guest lavatory for convenience.

Connectivity is top-notch: the building is equipped with the latest fiber-optic technology for fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The apartment is A+ energy-rated, with air conditioning, double-glazed windows, and solar-powered water heating—ensuring year-round comfort.

Completed in 2023, the building sits in a new, quiet area with some ongoing construction nearby. It’s rarely noticeable, and the apartment’s soundproofed windows ensure a peaceful stay.
